Christine Santana, AA, BS, CRS
Christine began working in a counseling position at the Gate House for Men in 2016 continuing and building on her success in the roles of Skills Coordinator and Program Coordinator at the Gate House for Women in 2015. She is passionate about her work in recovery and feels fortunate to have worked in various roles at the Gate House including facilitating life skill groups, providing assessments, individual and group counseling, and family counseling.
Christine has been in the social services field for over 19 years in diverse capacities. Her career began with an Associate’s degree in Social Science and a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a concentration being in Sociology and Psychology. She is a Certified Recovery Specialist and is beginning to pursue her certification in addictions counseling. Christine enjoys seeing clients accomplish goals in their journey to sobriety and believes there aren’t enough words to encompass the reward that comes from witnessing clients achieve each step toward their new life.
