OUR FACILITIES
At The GateHouse, we believe long-term treatment is the best way to ensure a successful recovery. Because of this, we offer a wide variety of post-rehabilitative and post-detox programs that focus on long-term care in residential treatment centers, transitional housing, and outpatient settings.
Extended Care Residences
After exiting an initial rehabilitation or detoxification program, clients can enter our Residential Extended Care program to begin treatment at one of our welcoming residences. Residents have access to individual treatment plans, counseling services, life and vocational skills training, case management, recreational programs, and many more resources.
Behavioral Health Outpatient Center
The GateHouse offers outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization treatment programs. These programs provide our clients with access to initial assessments; individual, group, and family counseling; individual treatment plans; relapse prevention; a licensed Vivitrol provider; and a wide variety of community resources.
Transitional Living Homes
Our transitional living homes allow our residents to participate in long-term recovery in a safe, recovery-oriented environment. Our residents can stay in transitional housing for up to one year in order to help them acclimate to their new lifestyle and regain their footing in a supportive, community-inspired environment.
