At The GateHouse, we believe long-term treatment is the best way to ensure a successful recovery. Because of this, we offer a wide variety of post-rehabilitative and post-detox programs that focus on long-term care in residential treatment centers, transitional housing, and outpatient settings.
Rehabilitation Services for Men and Women
After our residents complete an initial rehabilitation or detoxification program, they enter residential treatment to begin extended treatment at one of our gender-specific residential treatment centers.
These residential treatment facilities address each individual’s unique needs and addiction patterns in order to provide the most accurate and helpful treatment services. Residents have access to individual treatment plans, multiple counseling services, life and vocational skills training, case management, recreational programs, a detailed discharge plan, and a multitude of other resources.
Transitional Recovery Housing
Formerly known as REI, our transitional housing facilities allow our residents to participate in long-term recovery in a safe, recovery-oriented environment. Our residents can stay in transitional housing for up to one year in order to help them acclimate to their new lifestyle and regain their footing in a supportive, community-inspired environment.
Behavorial Health Services
The GateHouse offers both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. These programs provide our clients with access to initial assessments; individual, group, and family counseling; individual treatment plans; relapse prevention; a licensed Vivitrol provider; and a wide variety of community resources.
