OUR SERVICES

The GateHouse is a nonprofit organization that strives to strengthen the entire community by providing comprehensive and community-based post-rehabilitative services for individuals and families struggling with addiction. We offer a comprehensive set of services for drug and alcohol treatment.

While on the road to recovery, clients of The GateHouse engage in a multitude of services, such as residential treatment, outpatient treatment, recovery residences, and case management. While enrolled in these programs, men and women have access to vital services such as professional therapy, education, community integration, life skills, job preparedness, and family integration.

RESIDENTIAL EXTENDED CARE

The GateHouse Residential Extended Care Program provides a home-like setting where on-site specialists work with individuals to develop a treatment plan that can advance their prospects of successful recovery.

GATEHOUSE TRANSITIONAL LIVING

Sometimes called a “halfway house” or a “transitional home,” GateHouse Transitional Living offers a transitional living environment for those who are in the early stages of their recovery journey.

OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

The GateHouse outpatient support includes drug and alcohol assessments, referral services, counseling, and practical skills to cope with the kind of challenging experiences often encountered during recovery.

CASE MANAGEMENT

A case manager is assigned to each individual in our residential extended care program and will meet at least three times throughout their stay to advance their recovery.

FAMILY SUPPORT

Our family support program has proven to be instrumental in promoting recovery by mending relationships that have been strained due to addiction.

Every program at The GateHouse is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is staffed by credentialed professionals, many of whom are living in and thriving in recovery.
